According to reports by Sahara Reporters, a Chibok school girl, has shared her encounter, following her escape, from the Boko Haram camp.
According to girl who escape, she was forcefully married to one of the Boko Haram commanders, at Gazuwa camp. she stated that her husband later died during a face-off with the Nigerian Army.
While she was being interviewed by newsmen in Maiduguri, at a news conference held at The Command and Control Center, Maimalari Cantonment, she noted, she was able to escape, while the terrorists were running to safety, after some troops from the Nigerian Army, invaded the camp.
Adding, that she took a different route, during the incident, and fled to safety.
She explained how she escape from the terrorist she stated
“I slept under a tree with my child, then proceeded the next day, untill I arrived at the road, where I approached a Military checkpoint.”
She further applauded the Nigeran Army, for coming to their aid, as she hopes other girls, would be rescued.
